Ask Bharat Dua why H2O exists and the answer starts in the kitchen, not the pool. His founding idea was simple and a little stubborn: serve genuinely great Indian food (slow-simmered curries, tandoori straight off the coals) somewhere you could enjoy it in swimwear, mid-celebration, with music carrying over the water.
That idea became a venue where locals, tourists, and expatriates end up in the same pool: lush greenery around the edges, loungers you sink into, and service that guests name in review after review. Zee News told the story in September 2023; away from H2O, Bharat backs charitable causes around Pattaya.
Today his team hosts everything from the daily open-to-all pool party to fully private venue takeovers. The vision scaled up, never watered down.
